Cinnamon Clay Craft for Kids
Cinnamon clay creations are a great craft for kids – half crafts and half recipes really, since you’ll spend a little time in the kitchen. Making the dough is super easy, just mix together cinnamon and applesauce. The thing I like best about this concoction is that the ingredients are totally safe for kids – and if they get hungry mid-craft, just give them some left over dough supplies to snack on!
With the dough rolled out all you need to do is cut out shapes using cookie cutters, poke holes in the tops of each for string and leave them out to harden. Most families like to reserve this craft for the winter holidays, as they makes wonderful gifts from kids, but they smell so nice that they’re great to have around all year long!
