About Crafty Parent

Crafty Parent has been built on quality. We believe that when parents have access to quality crafts and activities, they’ll be able to spend more quality time with their children. As parents ourselves, we know how essential it is that young children experience a strong connection with their families, feel good about what they accomplish, and create lasting family memories.

Our History

The idea for Crafty Parent came from Jay Roberts, a stay-at-home dad who, in 2005, started looking for crafts for his two-year-old daughter. After a few months, he had assembled an impressive closet full of craft supplies, but had few instructions on what to do with them. He tried ordering craft kits online, but found that most of these kits turned out to be nothing more than foam pieces that needed to be glued together.

Roberts began talking with other parents and soon found that many had the same problem. They were either struggling to contain the explosion of craft supplies they already had or were searching for a prepackaged kit that offered real value. By working with a network of parents, Roberts started developing the crafts used in today’s monthly craft kits and Crafty Parent was born.

Refund/Exchanges

 

Please contact info@craftyparent.com within 10 days of receipt if you received a faulty item and need to exchange it.  Refunds will be issued 10 days after initial contact if your problem cannot be resolved.

Shipping

Your crafty parent kids craft kit will be shipped to you via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
